ASM has been certified by Germanischer Lloyd (GL) and was found to be in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 on 6 November 2010.

Building careers, preserving families, strengthening a nation are the three mantras that we collectively live and breathe away every single day. By these three mantras, we strive to create transformation for our principals, our seafarers and our land- based teams. This transformation is our policy, our purpose and the reason that makes us different- ASM is a sea-based human resources organization committed to deliver and exceed our Principal’s requirements by providing well- educated and highly trained seafarers supported by a professional and highly motivated shore- based team.

As part of our quality policy, we commit to:

-          Respect all customer, statutory, regulatory and environmental standards

-          Ensure that our services are operated in an orderly manner that protects and promotes seafarers' employment rights as provided in the MLC 2006

-          Continually measure our compliance and,

-          Drive continuous improvement as required by an ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.

Finally, we believe that quality objectives will only be effective if established within key business processes and if reviewed regularly. We recognize that outputs of reviews are used as inputs to business decisions and to transformation processes.
